    Hi there,
I might make some soup too tonight, but will probably be lazy and do it at the weekend. I'm feeling rather unfit and flabby too, not hugely so butmkore tha I'm used to!! I need to exercise - should get our wii fit out really, but after working at school all day I'm physically shattered!!

I've had my 5th NSD of the month, really pleased and have decided not to go to the pub for lunch tomorrow with work friends aswe usually do, so prob have another NSD - I get quite obsessed with these NSDs....:p

    Anyway, keep up the diary;)
I really need to sort out a new signature!
