WiFi Foundation is a new (free) Wifi Hotspot network in the UK powered by WiFi Dog. Worth keeping an eye on.
In the world of internet customer service, it is important to remember your competitor is only a mouse click away.
  • A small update on my previous post: Their main website page (https://www.wififoundation.org) says they are launching soon:
A little detective work ... and hey presto ... I found this hidden page :)

    http://www.wififoundation.org/index.html

I ran through the checkout page where they are selling their WiFi Hotspots but it is in Google Sandbox mode.

Also I saw that they have a Free WiFi Directory but that it only has 4 hotspots in it.

One is Zizzi in Wokingham which is interesting if they are involved. Will all Zizzi offer WiFi?

But rather oddly I notice they have one in the Philippines

I give it a thumbs down, you are stealing other peoples broadband access, potentially slowing their connections and possibly even costing them money of they are on a capped tariff that goes over limit because of a despicable thief like you.

Connections are locked for a reason, just like houses and cars, to stop people stealing! You are scum, full stop.
