Afternoon all, well the big freeze is over and the defrosting has begun. As for chocolates, all gone which is why i'm now on the Lose Weight 24 thread :rotfl: Personally i love the coffee creams but can't stand the green triangles, i miss the coffee creams :( As for porridge i have some strange allergy thing going on with it, everytime i eat porridge or museli i am physically sick. I googled it but no-one is allergic to oats are they ???? Now i just refuse to eat them as i really really hate being sick. Enough of that on a more cheery note we are going to do HHE's on the LW thread basically 30 mins of exercise similar to the flylady one, so if anyone wants to join in come along :)

Good luck with yours! I work for a large airport group... its a bit geeky but I'm hoping to get back into a job that is more to do with planes and less with passengers and shops!

On the Single and debt thread we are trying to make lists of 100 things to do in 2009, but that looks really interesting. I have only got up to 47 things!!!

I'm up to 32 Buffy. Some are big things, some are small. Some are things I've done in the past, but not done for years (no, not that Lenny!)
