Flying gleefully into 2009 - One Fresians adventures in debt-busting

Well I'm back from the dentists and alive!
I had a quick check-up and also a scale and polish. I hate that. I would rather get fillings than go through it. She didn't polish much either such was my discomfort! I had to book two more appointments - one for the remainder of my root treatment (Which is going to take a flipping hour) and one for a filling I knew I needed. I took the original filling out with a Curly Wurly about two years ago but as it didn't hurt I did nothing about it :rotfl:
I had to pay for my treatment up-front though - £120  I don't have this at the moment as I have been naughty and bought stuff on my "groceries" credit card that wasn't groceries. Also, I have been given the chance to buy vastly discounted shares in my employer, so have spent £100 on that. As I have dental insurance I called my lovely dad who is going to lend me the money. I can't claim on the insurance until I get the work done, but I want to clear the £120 off the credit card ASAP as then I can buy my Edinburgh Fringe tickets
Eek - cats fighting....back soon!
*edit* Cats not fighting each other but trying to yowl loudly to be rid of an interloping neighbourhood cat. Muppets.

Can anyone who reads this thread help me? I was reading a diary recently, a lady who does "sexy texting" from home and I read it from start to finish but didn't subscribe to it and now I can't remember who it was or the name of the thread. She had just moved in with her fella (but then dumped him as he was cheating on her
and she had a daughter and had been messed about by a job who asked her to resign her previous job, then took ages getting her CRB checks throgugh....does it ring any bells?
Start Date: 27/11/2010
Padding: Day 42
Target £8000
Amount: £562.230 -
There is someone on PAD who does that kind of texting so it might have been theirs, can't think of who it would be though....if you find out let me know - sounds like a good read!0

Now, I must post my plan of action for tomorrow!0 -
Evening all!
I'm going to try and make this a quick post as my teeth are still quite disgruntled with me from earlier - they don't like being scaled and polished
So, tomorrow I am still off work, so I have a day of MSEing planned, along with general errands. This is the plan....
- Up early in the morning and call the doctors - Mr Fresian needs more Brain Pills and I need more No-Baby-Pills
A slip-up with those would really b*gger up the Debt Free By 30 Plan :rotfl:
- Put chilli concoction in the slow cooker for the day
- Go to doctors and then go home via the shops and buy all the veg I need for the next week or two
- Pick up prescriptions
- Get back home and make bolognaise or shepherds pie (Took two packs of mince out!) in the Mahoosive Pan so that there will be enough for at least four meals
- Build the bl**dy bookcase that has been sitting in my living room for years mocking me
- Make dinner - sweet and sour pork with leftovers from todays roast pork (The other meals are me batch cooking for the month)
- Dishes
- Relax!

Morning all!
Chilli is in the slow cooker (Thanks again for the recipe tomtombeanie, it has proved very popular in Fresian Towers!) and the small amount of dishes used are in the sink. I have to call the doctors at 8am for any hope of an appointment today and once my flatmate has gone to work I can get myself showered and ready for the day ahead! I also need to make a shopping list (yawn) to make sure I'm not suckered in by any offers at Morrisons!
Will undoubtedly be back on later

*edit* Doctors appt booked for half past nine, which is good as it means I get my lazy butt out of the house early!
