Dear God woman - 6am!? I'm only horrified as I don't think I have ironed a thing in ten years :D :rotfl:

Well, I'm just out of bed, I have a coffee in my hand and the sun is shining gloriously Up North!

I'm about to have a nice long bath (I only have a shower at home and have been in the bath for hours each day here :rotfl:) and then wake t'other half. We're going to have massive bacon butties and then go and visit an old friend of mine from school and her three kids (Under 3 - yikes! Don't know how she does it...)

A little drive around after that and a picnic I think then off to my parents for dinner. I will try and remember to buy batteries for my camera so I can post some photies for you all when I return!

LOL i've never managed the art of not ironing stuff. I find it really tedious too, which adds to my feeling or martyrdom for having done so much! ironing.gif

Your day sounds as if it will be fab even with a visit to 3 x under 3s! I particularly like the sound of a bath and bacon butties.

Must go, LO is in the bath smiley_bath.gif and i want to hang some washing out to dry before the rain attacks again washing_line.gif

Would love to see some pics. Have fun! :D

Hi cocalls and welcome to the madhouse! I have really enjoyed my time away even though it hasn't been exciting really - just a lot of lazing around and visiting friends, but it was just what I needed :D

Hopeful - I hope you have gotten over your ironing madness :rotfl:

Well, we leave today and in true Scottish style it's p*ssing it down with rain :D T'other half left his mobile at my mums so he has a 50 mile round trip to do to retrieve it before we can leave *d'oh* which I think means that I will be left with a lot of the hoovering etc :rotfl:

I'm looking forward to getting back home and seeing my moggies, but I have really enjoyed the quieter pace up here and seeing mountains every day. I think we may have to develop some kind of Five Year Plan (Not like Stalin though, a nice one) to move to the country :D

Right, going to do my morning Grabbit catch up then wake the [strike]grumpy man who hates mornings [/strike] other half.
