Hi ff
Just popped in to say hello, and I so agree with other posters - you are a real inspiration. I don't get on here as much as I would like, but I always keep up to date with your diary. I don't have debt to pay off (just desperately trying to get rid of the mortgage) but I just so want to be organised and keep spending less (I am spending less since I found this site!). Going to have a peek at the flylady thread too as I'd love to be more organised in the house too! Anyway, keep up the good work, good luck with your new challenge and do you know what!? I think you are so good at writing, you could write a book! Glad you enjoyed your hols up north (my neck of the woods)

Hello and thanks for all the kind words - you lot are going to make me blush
What part of Up North are you in? I have just had a lovely break in Skye and wish I was back there already, and only got home yesterday :rotfl:
I'm sure I should be doing something apart from farting around on the forums, but I am on holiday! Next week I will be a Flylady Fresian again

Dingwall area................lovely and sunny here today and off for easter weekend......woo hoo, planned to do loads today but getting sidetracked on here! :rotfl:0

I know it well - going to Dingwall was practically a trip to the city when I was young :rotfl: My mum also went to Dingwall Academy in the 60s as she is originally from Ullapool! Lovely part of the world0

thanks hopeful & fresian (who hasn't even complained that i totallay hijacked her thread!!) for the advice. i think that it's a good idea to have a little buffer zone - will see what the quotes start out as, then haggle a bit (or try to
) once i've decided how much i need to keep in the bank. x
Mortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

I really need to go and do things!
It's a really nice day - the front door has been open for the cats all morning and they are running in and out like loons.
I have done nothing from my Monster List and need to get quite a lot of it done this morning as the Newcastle game is on Setanta, meaning that t'other half will be getting in my way in the living room later on
I still have to go to the shops and pick up the stuff I forgot to buy yesterday (Nothing major, mainly veg) and see if the bank is open. If not, I can always deposit via the ATM which is a godsend!
Have a lovely Saturday all

Hiya, looks like you have plenty to do! My oh was watching the Sheffield utd match yesterday so I got the hoover out ready to do it when it was finished - the look of horror on his face was a picture when he thought I was gonna do it there and then! lol.
Have a good day xxThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0
