    Good morning all :D

Just a quick post from me - I have to wake up t'other half, who has been happily sleeping through his alarm for the last 20 minutes (It's a Sonic Bomb alarm too, google it to see how crazy it is that he can sleep through it!) Once he's up I am going to jump in the shower and then head to the local shopping centre. My list of things for today is:

    • Make PAD
    • Do dishes
    • Do washing
    • Go to shops and return trousers and get Dine In For £10 M&S deal - my friend will buy the wine off me too as I don't drink unless I'm out with friends. Will be buying with vouchers too :D
    • Meet up with t'other halfs parents
And that's about it for me for today, have a wonderful Sunday everyone.

Hiya, glad you had a good day! Just about the train costing £10.30 for an hours journey - it takes about an hour and a half to get from Leicester to London on the train and that usually costs at least £30 on the train (unless you get in at EXACTLY the right time for the early saver tickets! I have had to pay up to £78 before - luckily it was being reinbursed so I didn't mind too much!
    Have a nice day x
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o
  • Hi FF
Glad you had a good day with your parents yesterday, the bank of mum and dad is definately the best bank in the world! Mine is very generous!
Which part of Edinburgh are you in? I'm in the west of the city.
Hope you have a good day at the shopping centre

I'm in the West of Edinburgh too - about ten minutes away from the Gyle on the bus :D I'm heading out there in about half an hour, just need to put on make-up before I go out in public :rotfl:
  • We're not far from each other then cause I'm about a 5/10 min walk from the Gyle!! :)
Enjoy and don't spend too much money.

We must pass each other on the street :rotfl: Maybe all MSE people should wear a secret badge on their coat, and we could have a secret handshake...?

I'm not spending money today, I'm taking clothes back and meeting t'other halfs family. I may get to M&S for food, but this will be bought with vouchers. I really want to start February off with a NSD as it's a short month and I have pledged 10 NSDs

Yikes! Whereabouts do you live for it to cost that much?

Lovely Leeds is where I'm from.. the pass does cover some train travel I do as well but it still HURTS everytime I have to buy that pass!

Parents are great! I think it's the law that they have to feed everyone :D

We probably have passed each other I go to the Gyle quite alot so I wouldn't be at all surprised if we have passed each other in the past!
I've pledged 14 NSD's for Feb  Will be a real challenge but I'm hoping I can do it.

    NSD for me!

We went and met the Outlaws, and decided to go for lunch, which they very kindly paid for. There would have been no way we could have paid for lunch even just for the two of us :rotfl:

So, we had a nice lunch and some nice chat, then they dropped us off at the Gyle again, which let me nip to M&S for our £10 deal - chicken in stock, garlic bread, chocolate fudge pudding and bottle of red wine. Om nom nom. We won't drink the wine, so I should get a few pounds for that from someone at work. Woo, profit :D

I didn't return my trousers today, as we were quite tight for time, but I will do this tomorrow at lunchtime.

Must dash now, having eaten a mahoosive lunch, I need to do something quite active or I will get bored and fall asleep. Like I did yesterday, for three hours when I got home from Glasweegieland, and also when I fell asleep in front of Match of the Day :rotfl: I'm going to sort out my washing I think. Yay, excitement :rotfl:
