Just a quick update... I've lost a whole stone in total now!!! I started on 2nd November so it's taken exactly 4 weeks to lose which is pretty good going for me. Can honestly say I've not felt hungry. This weekend is tough as I'm away for a friends birthday celebrations so have to keep fingers crossed for next Monday! Hi everyone, I've just had a week pretty much totally off but have started again today. Weighed in this morning and I didn't gain any weight which is surprising since I was eating all sorts! Chips, cakes, bread, lots of chocolate etc etc. Hope I lose another 5lbs this week and get 10lbs off by Christmas.0

Hello!! Well I'm joining you all on the Celebrity Slim plan!!! I started 2 days ago and am finding it good so far. Ultimately I want to lose about 3.5 stone. Feels like I have a long way to go so I hope the expense of this diet will pay off!!0

Hi everyone! Hope you are all ok? Stayed the same this week-a wee bit disheartened but tbh last week wasn't great for me in terms of not drinking nearly enought water and generally not eating very much at all, so i presume this is the reason?! I did however get a really nice top for our Xmas night out next week and when I looked at it I thought no way will i fit into that, but I did! I was so chuffed and it really slims me so looking forward to going out now!
A couple of other people have noticed that I have lost weight-one of them being my boss which was a real boost!
Hoping for a better week this week but it was my birthday yesterday so had not 1 but 2 pieces of cake eeeeek! My DH is cooking a meal tomorrow night and he asked if we can have pudding for a treat so double eeeekkk! I have done a second aerobics class this week though so hoepfully that should make up for it a bit!
