2nd weigh in on saturday and I was down 0.7kg (pound and a half). I'm pleased with this. I had a few wobbly moments with an unexpected work do and family party to attend. Have currently lost 3.2kg and would love a 1.8kg loss this week to bring it to 5kg. Ah well I can dream! :)

I've now tried all the shakes and the beef, chicken and veg soups. For shakes my favourite is the banana or chocolate with a teaspoon of coffee and I'm a fan of the veg soup. I got a chocolate cs meal bar which will be fine for the night I have to work late this week. Just hope it tastes nice!

Good Luck to everyone this week!

Awh Katie, try not to worry about it too much, from the sounds of it there wasn't much you could have done, lash into the gym like your planning and up your water, I'd say that should stop some of the damage.

katie when I took a shake out with me I made it with 200ml of water and then added some ice, so by lunch the ice was melted and the shake was still nice and cool

i'm off out on friday and when i was on weight watchers the drink with the least calories was vodka and diet coke, so thats what im intending to drink...i wouldnt suggest peach scnapps cos thats full of sugar!

thanks for the advice on the shake, I'll try it :-) xx

I went to a bbq last night although as it was raining it was all grilled, there wasn't any salad, they only had lots of bread rolls and stuff, so I just had a lamb burger, a small piece of gammon, a sausage, a tablespoon of fried onions and half a boiled egg, then for dessert all there was only one choice it was a raspberry gateux type of thing so I had some of that, and I drank 3 glasses of diet coke.

It was really hard not eating the bread as it was put on the table right in front of me, before I went though I did 30mins on the wii fit and 30 mins on the exercise bike.
