I agree about spending cash only, it does make you think about it if you have to physically hand over the money.

Hope your feeling a bit better today chick. I am feeling low today, blaming it on "natures monthly gift"

Aww Shoe Gal :grouphug: Sorry to hear you are feeling down, I think it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel sometimes. Well done for your positives for today, I need to get back on track with my list too.

I think you need to find some cheap ways to be kind to yourself for a bit, another mag and a mini M&S food spree or some wine and trashy television is not going to break the bank and might give you a lift icon7.gif

Could you invite a friend round to watch a DVD or something tomorrow. I don't have company often of an evening and never feel like I need it, but once in a while when someone does come round we always have a good giggle and it makes me feel good

Am liking the cash only thing. I think that is a good idea, as it is much more visual and obvious how much is going!

I'm always convinced I've still got a tenner in my purse until I realise that I'd spent it in the last shop but one!!

And agree, I do the same with topping up purchases to make it seem worth putting on a card!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Hi Shoe Gal, hope you are feeling better today and managed to find something fun to do. :D Are you joining us in the matched betting thing? I have realised I am not going to make my fortune:rolleyes: but it might be fun for a bit of extra spending money or to put towards your card?

    Hi

Still feeling flat - and I've put 3lbs back on

Not managed any exercise since Sunday :o have been really busy at work but at least I have a week off next week :D

Just need to grit my teeth and get through this week and then try to get my head straight whilst I'm off
