    Hi

Wedding last night was fun :j I had a great time and put the jewelled shoes to some good dancing use

Not done much today - plans didn't come off so have had a quiet day. Feeling a bit sorry for myself so treated myself to M&S food, wine and Marie Claire - naughty spending  but mostly :j

    Today I have
    • eaten well
    • been to the gym
    • returned a pair of shoes that made me look like l had a club foot
    • cleaned and tidied flat
    • 3 loads of washing
    • essentials only Asda shop - and down a brand juice
    • written to Lloyds
    • written to egg
    • internet banking/updated spending diary
    • sorted paperwork
    • £1 Nails Inc polish drying on my toes!
My somewhat strange weightloss seems to be continuing despite being so naughty this week  I am now 11st 1lb - the lowest l have been for over a year

Money is going to be tight for the next couple of weeks until payday but I don't have much planned so should be OK. It's not as bad as I feared, despite all the social stuff l've done the last couple of weeks, but l have 2 birthdays before the end of the month

I should be feeling good but for some reason I am feeling rather flat  Not sure if it's because all the social stuff is done or whether I am just feeling a bit lonely

    You've done loads! dust.gifth_shop.gifconnie_25.gifsport-smiley-003.giftype.gif

My smiley store is becoming exhausted. ;)

Hope it is just tiredness after a hectic week and lots of socialising that is making you feel a bit flat.

Sending you what is known here as a big ug.

    Hey Shoe gal

I always feel a bit flat on a Sunday evening. I think it's that back to school thing going on!?

Totally in awe of your weightloss - way to go girl!:j:beer:
I'm hoping that as part of my savings plan I can manage to stop spending so much carp on food at lunchtime.

I thinkyou were like me on that, popping into supermarket for lunch and coming out with a tenners worth of stuff??? how have you managed to sort that one out??? I need all the tips I can get!!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Not sure I have to honest :o There's no secret, I am just really strict with myself - and try to actually go less often to keep me away from temptation. Also, from the beginning of August I have been strictly cash only - no debit/credit card - and this seems to help  maybe handing over actual cash makes it seem more like real spending - or maybe it's stopping me picking up 'extra bits' to make a card payment 'respectable' :o
