Its official I love the sun, it makes me feel happy :)

Had a quite productive weekend, mowed the lawns at my house Friday night (hopefully for the last time) then popped it into the boot of the car and took it to BF's house

Why did I read that at first as you had taken the cut grass to bf's house!?! :D

Great news on the sale! Bring on the rightmove browsing!! :)

:rotfl:It does read like that and with the amount of grass now in the boot of my car it is sort of true

Just had an email from the solicitors

"Please provide copy of the 1991 Conveyance"

    No idea what that means

All money for the month paid out and there is enough left over to clear the rest of my mortgage making me MF (14 years early) :)

But as the house sale is progressing nicely, all my part is good to go just waiting on their side for any further questions. It is better to keep the money in my account to pay for house moving bills

Have booked a storage unit for "house" so with the cost of that each month and the HUGE increase in petrol consumption I'm not going to be that much better off moving in with the BF just happier :)

Then the house shopping can commence :D and the big mortgage that will come with it
