New price was agreed on Monday (after the surveyor report)

All info at the solicitors, so just waiting, though seems to be very quiet, just keeping fingers crossed.

Got my pay rise 4% from 1st March and BF has been told that he will get 3% for 1st April, so that will help when we go for the BIG mortgage

We are Rightmove's best customers :rotfl: but we haven't viewed any houses yet, feels a bit cruel to get someone excited about having a viewing when we are not yet in a postion to buy but hopefully soon

Just spoke to the EA possible move date the 14th April  which seems a bit weird as its a Saturday?

Its official I love the sun, it makes me feel happy :)

Had a quite productive weekend, mowed the lawns at my house Friday night (hopefully for the last time) then popped it into the boot of the car and took it to BF's house

This meant that he had to sort out the shed to fit it in, so he cut his grass and sorted out a huge pile of stuff that could be thrown out.

Whilst he was cutting the lawn I got some quotes from storage company's and arranged to look at the best/cheapest one on Sunday

So today, we have been the tip with a car full of junk, signed up for a storage unit and got some free boxes, had to pay £20 to secure the unit but if it all goes wrong I can cancel the contract and get my £20 back, they do free pick up so that's the moving men/lorry sorted as well.

Then quick trip to B&Q for padlocks, one for the shed to keep my lawn mower safe and one to put on the storage unit. Then Mr T's for food shop and then back home.

So now just need to exchange, get moving date and start packing :rotfl:

Also realised that evil buyer has foiled my plan to become MF by hopefully making me homeless a month to soon :D

I forgot, I have had my letter from the Halifax informing me that my mortgage will increase as from the 1st of May to 3.89%

    I disagree with them ........:D
