Did they take into account your other OPs? Eg ones previously taking time off the term have now been used as reduced payments instead?

Just read through your diary Radish, you seem to be doing really well so far! I have set up a mortgage overpayment Spreadsheet (from financialbliss' diary) and have a spending spreadsheet to track what all my bills and food spends are costing. I do feel a right geek but can't help but play with them:rotfl:So I know what you mean!:D

After previously skim reading your diary yesterday Tonight I actually properly read through it... I thought it would take me a week!!
How motivated are you!! I've got loads to do on my house but I could really do with some of your motivation as I just cvan never get my head into it... hopefully gunna start adding a couple of jobs a week to my diary todo list to get me going! Well done though and I hope you have some better look with both your houses!

    Thanks Danny

The motivation was in bursts (after giving myself a big kick up the bum)

Having a list of things to do really helped me, just added few each week so it wasn't to overwhelming

(I will have to confess :A that I still haven't put the blind back up in the downstairs loo)
