Our guidance is pretty clear - under England/Wales law, SB debt still exists so should be scheduled.

The only time that it wouldn't need to be listed is if there's a statement from the creditor saying the debt is written off.

It is acceptable to put 'not known' as the reference.

So a rough estimate of the amount, would that be ok?
Should i try calling the company to see IF i can get any price/refrence?

If you can find balance and reference, it should deal with the debt once and for all. If there's any danger of it taking you over the 15k limit, talk to your AI.

It wont take me over the threshold but i dont even know who/where to start calling and dont wont to complicate things.

What happens if i dont declare it as i dont know if it even exist?

hi sarbaz..you have to declare all debts..your dro could be revoked if the or thinks you are not being truthfull with him, especially if they come to light later...just have a word with your adviser, they will know what to do...:)

Anyway just waiting for tax credit letter, soon as i recieve it i am posting my forms in.
