Debt Relief Orders (DRO) - Information & help thread

Okay so its been a year since I did a DRO, is there anything which I need to do?

as far as i know, nothing....you are now debt free...well done :beer:

OMG. I think I'm still in shock.......................I started shaking when he'd gone....................I wasn't scared, I was angry. Felt like throwing my 38p at him. I'm gonna see if I can find out if I can report him to a higher being....................if u get my meaning. I'm pretty sure they're not allowed 2 do that. Is there still a law of trespass, I wonder :think: :think: :think:

im sure there must be something you can do....wish id been there id have told him to f**k off......i feel angry for you, i just cant believe the cheek of the man...when you phone the cccs tell them...they may have some advice for you...:mad::mad:

I'm stunned. I've locked door & it's staying that way until Sam gets home. I'm gonna ring NDL 2nite/2moro & tell them wots happened I'm sure they'll equip me with the correct letter/proceedure 2 follow. Nerve of the man!!! :mad:

Ah cool, wasn't sure about a credit file clean up or credit builder accounts (things I've seen about the forum) to get my credit history half respectable

i meant ndl...why did i say cccs...im getting all flustered now....that man deserves to lose his job after that....it must make him feel really good trying to put the frighteners on people....wonder how he sleeps at night....hope he's in the same boat some day...:mad:

My dog didn't like him.......................thought he was gonna eat him...........would serve him right if he had Shame he's not a rottweiler :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:He won't be getting in again, especially since I normally have a woman, gud job I'm not elderly.

..well you could check your credit file cuz all your debts should show as settled now i think but your dro will stay on for 6 years i think..:)

It definately stays on 4 6yrs, but I think u can start 2 clean it up now.............I don't kno how, but I'm pretty sure I've read about it in previous threads. But I am a DRO novice & think I always will be
