When was the last loan borrowed? I know some organisations are cautious if the loan was borrowed very recently/after initial advice because of the loan company appealing?
Last loan was taken on 13th November.
I think i just spoke to someone in the general advice dept.
I have not given anything to provident this week, but will start giving them a token £1 per week on Monday and make sure i give the same to all the others too. Quick quid have been calling at my work but i refuse to speak to them there just telling them that they will have to call me later.0 -

I would call their DRO people if i were you, they always seem to know a bit more than the people on the general advice lines...0 -
I was wonering if anyone knew the answer to this as despite searching I cannot figure it out. If someone was to get a DRO what would happen with a CCJ thay is in place with an attacment of earnings being taken0

The Insolvency Service will write to the employer (the only time they contact the employer as I understand things) to tell them to cease making payments0 -
what is considered assets for the DRO is it the stuff in your house? eg telly, computer, sofa etc? thanks!0

Most things in your house would either be exempt from being regarded as an asset, or of such low a 'realisable' value that they are not usually listed.
High value/luxury goods obviously may have to be counted.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Intermediary guidance.
5.7 Any assets with realisable value*?
Please indicate whether the debtor owns any other assets that have a realisable value by selecting „Yes‟ or „No‟ as appropriate.
These assets would include items that have a resale value (the total proceeds that the debtor would receive if they sold the goods) that would impact on the overall asset limit, but do not include basic household items such as cutlery, crockery,
cookers, televisions, beds or furniture.
Therefore assets with a realisable value may include for example shares, stocks, premium bonds, antiquities, or collections etc.
Intermediaries should exercise discretion when advising what household items should be classified as basic and therefore not requiring declaration as assets with realisable worth. Items of luxury should be included on the application form.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hi, I'm thinking of applying for a DRO but am a bit unsure about what proof you need to provide...
I haven't got an debt letters (threw them all away in a fit of denial a while back!) and have so far only managed to check my experian credit file; and the only debt listed on there is a CCJ from 3 years ago. Another 2 (Avon and something else) are listed as 'satisfied' and I've listed all my previous addressses for the past 6 years, so I'm not sure why nothing else is showing up?
I've applied to callcredit and am awaiting a pin number to be posted to me (?) and tried to apply for the statutory report and the 'free trial' on equifax but for some reason it said my credit/debit card data wasn't being approved (I used a current visa electron debit card and that was on the list of accepted cards! I also had money in my account at the time of applying).
So...how do I go about finding out the exact amount of debt I have and how much? I'm going to write to equifax for the statutory report but what if none of the debts show up on there either?
I know I owe the creditors I've listed on my SOA (below), but the amounts are rough guesses.
Here's my SOA, if I apply for a DRO through CCCS what proof do I need to show regarding debts, income, expenses etc.?

CCCS will require statements from each creditor (you may want to ring them to get a statement) proof of your income, a copy of your experian credit report, and I believe there are 2 items they provide which you need to read, fill out and sign also0
