Sky, you can't cancel but you can lower your package...

If telephone includes broadband why have you got another entry under Internet..?

Can't say if your Other child expences are fine as i don't know to be honest Fat or Immoral will. But if you are unemployed why are they not having school dinners that's free isn't it..?

Don't think i am nit picking..lol The end goal is to get your expenses (on paper) to a point where you have More the £1 but less then £50 spare each month. You need to get out of a negative balance.
  • lowest package i can get sky to is £29 permonth.
as for kids school meals they are fussy lol
i gotta find £45 for december for school panto trip so thats why i put x amount to cover child expenses

ok then adjust your sheet down to 29 for sky, that is still high as mine is 26 but it still may be within the trigger figures.

I would not include the 45 december payment as that is a one off. You won't be paying this after december will you..? You need to keep it as if it were a regular monthly balance sheet. You can probably lower your food bill a bit too. if you do that i think you may fall within the limits.

I would advise however that you get Fat or Immoral to just give it a quick once over as they are really better placed then me.:D

I haven't got time to check the trigure figures, but your expenditure on 'other' items looks high (other is anything other than housekeeping, travel or phone.) If you cut down this expenditure you should then be back in the black but still below £50pm surplus...
    Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Istanbul - what are your benefits? If you are counting housing benefit or council tax benefit, strip them out from your income and just do net rent and net council tax in your expenditure

If they include DLA (I'm wondering if we're looking at a motobility car in your soa), that can be balanced by adult care costs
  • i cant change water as i have to pay £27 a fortnight
we have a motability car so no need for insurance or tax
so all i need to do is get it all to under £50 left to spend per month then?

my wife suffers with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy which in other words sudden adult death sydrome and has been fitted with a icd defibrilator which will shock her if her heart stops. she also suffers with fibromyalgia which is muscle pains which restricts her mobility . we get full dla and incapacity benefit and long term disablements. we have to have a mobile incase of emergencys so this soa is rather confusing as to whats acceptable to spend on certain things
we get full housing benefit and council tax relief so i dont need to put in rent even tho we dont pay any?

Your AI will have to sort out the fine detail. I'm pretty sure that your income will not disqualify you from a DRO. And you don't own property, or a car. And your debts are under 15k.

    Best of luck :)
  • Hi wondering if anyone can help me as Im new to all this! My husband and I have about 12k debts and are on a low income so meet the requirements for a dro but what Im wondering is is can we apply for this jointly? Some of the debt is in his name and some in mine but only 2 are joint, he is working but Im not so the only income that is in my name is the child benefit and child tax credits - he has his small income from employment, working tax credits and housing benefit in his name. How we would be able to go about this? Everything is just put in one pot so to speak so we don't pay for things seperatly, all money goes into one account and comes out the same one!
Hope someone can help me as we would really like to go ahead with this!
