Then as it stands you will not qualify for a DRO.

To be eligible for a DRO you have to have less then £50 a month left AFTER living expences. This is does not include your debts.

So when you are working out a budget sheet, you work it out WITHOUT your debts. If then you have less then £50 left, providing you meet the other criteria you would then qualify.
  • do i have to add all benefit entitlements eg: dla ,child benefits, incapacity benefits?

When doing a budget sheet or...?

If your doing a budget sheet, yes you enter ALL income. You then work your way down the sheet putting in all your outgoings. Be truthfull as you could end up in trouble later down the line. After you have done this, you should roughly know where you stand. Post it here when done.

You will definately NOT qualify for a DRO if you have £336 a month left before debts. You can include things like sky, broadband etc.

Do a budget sheet and post it.
