Thanks, it definitely was included. The DRO was approved last September so I do think they've been told, they were writing to me a lot before the DRO was approved and then stopped shortly after.
I'll send them a ocpy of my DRO. Think happy & you'll be happy

Have they gained access to your property and listed goods?
No, they've not been in at all although they have levied on some golf clubs that he spotted through the window. I've got two sets of clubs (an old set and a set I use regularly) and he marked it down on his list.
Rossendales (the bailiffs) rang last night and the woman seemed surprised that they had asked for so much per month when my income was restricted. She was due to come back to me today but hasn't yet.0 -
Is anyone else waiting as ridiculously long as I have for DRO paperwork to be processed?! Originally quoted 6-8 weeks - fair enough they (CCCS) are very busy. However, I have been waiting 16 weeks now! 5 weeks ago they said a counsellor would be back to me within 3 and a half weeks. Which they weren't so I rang them again. Then last week was told a counsellor would definitely be back to me within 1 week. And nothing again - I have tried ringing them today but having problems getting through so have emailed them to see what they say - no doubt another couple of weeks. I wouldn't mind if they were more realistic about the timescale but to keep saying they're nearly there and then they're not....I am really feeling the pressure of the creditors now!!!0

HELP
as a single mum going through divorce, with a toddler and 28 weeks pregnant I am currently REALLY stressed. CAB have waited over 2 weeks for my experian report and are now sending me forms so another can be requested (they think its gone missing in the post).
In this time I have not paid gas, electric, water or brighthouse as advised. gas and electric will be wiped as a debt and meters will be put in, water is in arrears.
brighthouse I have not paid for a week and a half who I have my laptop with. CAB say hold out and not pay them as no point paying for what will be added in my DRO.
But brighthouse are phoning 10 times a day, the others I havent heard from yet. Can I go another 2 weeks without something bad happening? If I just ignore? How soon can brighthouse come and take my laptop? baliffs will terrify me
ty in advance, have had some sound advice from here already.0 -

What is your agreement with brighthouse? I'm not sure exactly how they work. Is it a lease agreement or is it like hire purchase? Bailiffs can't come without them going to court and getting CCJs/bailiff warrants etc. If you need to return the laptop under a lease agreement then it'll just be a rep from the company I'd imagine.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

angel just spoke to CAB been advised to either hand it back or ignore. and that if i ignore they cant take it without a court order. I have diverted all calls to voice mail. if I leave the house and collectors catch me with the door open can they enter without permission? will start hiding laptop when i go out
if i have to give it back once the dro has gone through thats fine. but not prepared to give it them tomorrow as i have important stuff on it. its a hire purchase agreement. so rent til paid in full really. i wouldnt mind but only missed one weeks payment so far and been getting up to 15 phone calls a day
