phew, thought I'd get the above posted without writing stuff too after wasting all that time yesterday!! Please don't be cross if I've missed you off or got your target wrong, just humiliate me in front of the rest of the forum.

I'll try & look in later today, but it's possible I might not be back until Monday - don't go thinking I've done a bunk but am in PC-free-land over weekend, I think. So any "late results" for feb targets, & indeed the first day's achievements, will go in on 2nd Feb.

Well after a strong start my AFJ inentions went sailing out of the window the last week or two womo and all. D'you know, as soon as I broke that 100% womo score I could feel myself giving up. I will be ending the month on 11 AFDs. Still, 9 or 10 more than usual! (I normally manage one due to a hangover...) So that's at least 20 bottles, £80, 200 alcohol units that didn't happen this month.

In Feb I'm going to make damn sure I do the 100% afwomo thing (that was SUCH a boost to see that in my sig, I so wish I'd not broken that rule - it happened exactly mid-month I think) & worry less about number of AFDs (one should result from the other, anyway).

    Hope to pop in later

Having discovered that Gregg's brought out a recipe book featuring a recipe for Stottie, I have been in touch with their Customer Services Dept and they are going to let me know where I can get one :j :j :j

you will share with us won't you? Someone told me once they had a large amount of lard in them which would accounting for them tasting so good...

Not AF yesterday - had a G & T. I wish there was alcohol free gin like wine and bear - I do so love the taste - it's unique.

Big thanks to Lurkio for keeping track of AFD in Jan scores :T

I will declare at 14 for this month. Wish I had set a lower target but I am pleased all the same as if I had not done this I think I would have drunk for 21/31 days at least :o

    SOOOOOOOOO for FEB........:j

Big thanks go to Winebox for keeping Feb AFD scores :T

My target has been revised to AFWOMO Feb and when in company to 19/28 AFD

I need to see if my energy levels improve at this lower drinking level and my skin which is going through another bad patch, not to mention no weight loss and finally, control when on my own to stay AF at all times in the next month :D

There was a song we used to sing in music lessons (not sure why, as it's a geordie dialect song and we were in sunderland) that went...

"Oy canny lad hoy ya hap'nee oot,
    me fathas in th'spoot
and a cannat get im oot"

    Hi

I would also like to thank Lurkio for keeping tabs and coming up with the idea :T and to winebox for keeping score in Feb :T

I am going to declare on 27/31. Did not reach my target but spent 87% of the month AF and the total number of drinks I had in Jan did not even come up to one nights total before.

Congrats to those who have reached their targets and to those who did not (Me) concentrate on the positives
