Well thought I would update today as I didn't get time yesterday. I did 2 hours overtime last night and realised I am owed a weeks holiday pay so will get onto boss 2 morrow and remind her! That should be extra I haven;t accounted for to know off some debt bout £110 I think! Quidco is up to £100 so next month will transfer that and pay off one of my CC cards. Mum said she would give money towards DS party so that will save me spending! I am not in the overdraft yet whhhayyy! And I have added £30 from ebay to the account. I will be so chuffed if I am not in the overdraft it would really make a difference next month and may be enough to get us back on track!!
have a busy afternoon I need to go and attck the beds and change them, then stick some washing on. I am definately gonna do some studying tonight - I must, I must, I must.
Right off the fight with the bed monster!

Spent £3 in shop today on butter and a cheeky muffin - yes very naughty I know! Today I have so far
- Been to work - another day another dollar - as they say!
- Done my free scratch
- Added £1 to my sealed tin
- Spent £25 Adsa online - can't remember shopping total so far this month so will look back and post shortly.
- Checked Bank - not yet in overdraft - that is good lol!
- Hoovered
- cut 2 of bambinos toenails - ooh glamourous I know
- Sorted and out away ironing
- 2 Loads of washing
- Cleaned table and swept dining room
- Casserole in over cooking away
- 2 children feeding 1 awaiting casserole
- Dishwasher on and to unstack in 10 mins or so.
I have been busy I never realise how much I have done till I list it.
Tonight I have to - chase up some work related stuff and emails,
attempt to look at my assignment - it is not as bad as I first thought.
Babes passport arrived today yeh so she can come on holiday with us!!!:TYes I know should have sorted sooner.
Went to work feeling crap today but actually feeling positive!!
On tuesday I will have £170 to pay off my CCard. This will take it below 4000!!! And we haven't spent on it at all this month.
I am planning this weekend to sort though all babys old toys and put them in mums ready for the next carboot sale.
I have some bits to list on ebay when I find the time and the energy - I do have one item to post!
DH called today to say he has so far managed to make £550 in overtime so thats really good. I reckon if I work it right come May we should be under 2000. Once this debt is paid we will start attacking the loan - they said we could change our ddebits to allow for the overpayment so this is a good way to ensure the overpayment is made every month.
Still owe mum £800 ish so am paying her 100 each month plus any more I can afford - I reckon i will be able to chuck her 200 next month!!
So all going good at the mo - roll on another bill to wreck it all lol!!!!!

I need to sort out the bl**dy passport arrggghh. God will I ever get a break!!! Sorry fed up already now. xx
I am sure that you have done this by now, but why does little one need a passport if you are not going abroad for a few years? Save the money now and pay for a passport when you do need it

I need to do a bit of tidying in the kitchen and then get sorted cause I have childrens friends coming round for a play. Only for an hour though thank goodness! Pizza for tea tonight and fish cakes and chippies for little ones. :rotfl:
This is another area where you could save money. Ie you ALL eat the same meal. I have noticed a couple of times you doing one thing for you and one thing for the children. A) this costs extra fuel, andyou have extra spending.
I have always fed the children what we eat

hi there pinky well done on having your LBM. We all have spending that we regret, in this case committing to this holiday is yours. But you have learned from it and made plans to do things differently in the future.
So though you are struggling with the payments now, you enjoy this last foreign holiday and concentrate on really tackling the debt when you come back.
good luck
chev
ps sorry for the multiple post but I find if I don't comment as I see things, I forget what I wanted when I come to the end of the thread. Also edited to add that I now see why little one needed a passport. I hadn't realise when I posted that , that you were going abroad this year.
Don't forget to try and get travel insurance via quidco...I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Hi there and thanks for your comments. We go abroad in 8 weeks hence the passport. But yes before my LBM I committed myself to a holiday we are now trying to pay for. I have for now stopped the overpayments on my mortgage and according to my caluculations can pay money owed to my mum in full by september. I will try freecycle for paint etc but my membership has been pending for ages and I have emailed them and still heard nothing!!

PS on the food front I cook for the children separetly as they are so fussy and otherwise wouldn't eat. I cook for my DH as he often works late (too late for children to eat) and we eat later on.
Today I have done my free scratch and added £2 to my sealed tin. I also completed a survey. I am doing 3 hours overtime next week so more in the pot!!
Am going to wake babes up in a minutes and attempt to make a dent in the mess surrounding me. I have some washing to sort out and tonight I am going to do some ironing so the uniforms are ready for the children on monday. A, depserate to try and go into town as am desperate for toothpaste and make up remover. So will try and get in this week sometime! I will make my CC payment on tuesday - this will take us below the 4000 mark - yey!
