Only £4 for me today BUT it's now three weeks since I've used a credit card. In fact, I can honestly say that I haven't used one all year! :j
Just have to work on getting my fiance to stop using his now, although he's seeing the error of his ways now. We're having a race to clear credit card debt. At the current rate, I'm beating him by two months. To be fair, I do earn slightly more, but I have the baggage of an ex who ran up my credit card so at my HIGHEST I was significantly higher than my sig. I digress.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
Morning all, only another small one for me today so £1.35 PAD.0
-
Pennies in the box today for me. My min payment on the card I have technically cleared has gone out so I just have to wait to see what the interest will be next week and hopefully once that's finalised there will be some more to move again.
There are some amazing sums already today - well done. I've also had a nice time reading people's signatures and seeing how far you've all come and/or plans for weddings, houses and holidays. Its really quite exciting....you can tell I don't get out much can't you?
OH is out tonight and ordinarily that would mean takeaway for me and the kids, wine for me and a hired DVD but thanks to PAD and the diet it will be chicken, salad, fizzy water - a game or two on the Wii with my boys - and early night with a book - and somehow, it sounds just as nice. Not too bad for a start 3 more mystery shops to do today but not until after 3pm so going to catch up on paperwork etc.
Re bar stewards Barclaycard checked last night they have finally take the £5300 back didn't call me as promised backdated the removal to 18th Dec and had the bl**dy cheek to backcharge interest of £2.88.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: I am spitting feathers so I have sent them a very curt email saying I have paid the balance and could they kindly close my card and inform me in writing (won't hold my breath on that one) but now I have found their secure email thingy I can write them a snotty email every day to them until they do without it costing me a phonecall.
Fag_Ash_Lil its the 19th and its a scary special one so I am expecting a really good smilie. OH is taking me away don't know where (I think we are going the weekend following my birthday) and this is the first time he has arranged anything on his own like this so I am impressed.
