Bad luck Andy on not winning the board games, you should have had me on speed dial, I'm the Scrabble Queen!!
PAD £2.34 for me to Egg Card today. I was laughing at MBNA getting cross aboutthe small payments, what a bunch of losers.
Some good news for me...there is a small chance that I might get a tax rebate back! But it's for the 2008-2009 year, so presumably I have to wait until after April 5th?

Afternoon all.
Had a great day yesterday went to the butterfly farm and it cost us £6 to get in as had tesco voucher. Then went and had a picnic by the Forth instead of eating out. Had the picnic in the car and it was great fun. Then had a lovely roast in the evening which had been 'woopsied' in Somerfield when I was in on Friday. Stuck it in the slow cooker and it was just then a case of doing roast potatoes, veg and yorkie puds when we got in. A thoroughly lovely day for us.
PAD of £10 for me today. Have now got about £350 to pay to tesco when the minimum payment has been taken out. Just £50 to find and that will be it paid off.
F-F congratulations on clearing your overdraft - its so cool to see others clearing cards and overdrafts as it really motivates us to continue ourselves so we can join the 'cleared club'.:T
Andy thanks for the totals - fab totals for the start of March :j
Have a lovely whats left of Sunday all. Work on Monday but really have to do some NSD this week as didn't manage a single one last week and I have signed up for 10 for March!!!!!0 -
hello everyone! not been away, just AWOL since thurs as haven't had chance to turn on the laptop. OH was away again all this week (he often is, but since xmas he's been home a lot so major shock to system to be back in the old routine of doing everything!)
looks like i've missed loads! hi to all the new PADers & a huge congrats to flying fresian for a successful overdraft clearance mission completed! well done to everyone else who's had a success this week too, and hugs to those who need them xx
my pad for fri, sat & today is ****3.23**** (1.06+1.07+1.08).
i know i shouldn't declare a no spend day until later on, so i'll hold off on an official announcement for now but it's looking good. i am determined to meet my target this month. had to spend a bit this week on bits for DS1's beaver camp next weekend (sleeping bag, tin plate etc) but it will get good use over the years to come so more of an investment than a spend, i hope! yes, we could have borrowed one, but as he will need it for cubs, then scouts etc we may as well get it now and actually get our money's worth...
back later for soiree, all being well. catch you tonight xxMortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A
