Hope you are ok tobedebtfree - sending you my best wishes. xx

I have had a disaster last night - spotted a tiny hole in one of my teeth - means I'll have to make an expensive trip to the dentist, and I may well need to put it on a credit card. That will be the first CC spending in over a year, so I'm mad about it!!! Do you think I should try to get a small loan or a top up loan from Egg instead? I just haven't got the cash in the bank. Was crying about it last night because I have a severe dental phobia and haven't been for years. (I know - it's my own fault but I shake like a dog in the chair).

PAD £2.34 today...to my Egg Card.

Daily Coffee Update: Day 7 of Lent...still no coffee...but now all I can think about are my poor teeth.
    :(
  • Relatively small PaD for me today in comparison to the last few days

£13 and ALL to debt! Yay me!

  • Morning! :D

thevinternet, I was exactly the same ~ in fact, I couldn't have any treatment at all without some form of sedation, including iv when I got into a real state  But things have moved on in the dental world in the last couple of years, and it's nowhere near as traumatic now ~ I've managed to have two fillings recently with no sedation whatsoever:j Can't help with advice about the payment tho, sorry. Good luck when you have your appointment.

My pad is usual £2.00 ~ every little helps ;)

Sending good wishes to tobedebtfree and thevinternet. Hope you're both in good health soon guys.

Have occupational therapist visiting today. This is the first step towards a possible move to a more suitable place, but you never know they may be able to suggest something which will mean we can stay here

    Good luck with everyones PAD
