Hi Anne - sorry (again!). I've put that right but will update as usual with your new items in the morning. I'm trying to keep it simple but it's not working, is it?!! Have a great evening - it's so much better when they drive, isn't it?!.

That's a great welcoming picture, Maytaurus! It's lovely to have so many newbies on here.

Hi Kathy
Can you please update me with 5 buntings, 2 preemie hats and 1 vent hat for Shezmit and 26 squares for OECS. I'll get the parcels off when I get to the PO on Wednesday.
Love to all for now - sitting in front of the open fire, knitting and watching Poldark - bliss! DH might not have a job but we've so much to be thankful for.
Night All - sleep well :A

Good Evening All.
Another late one for me - knitting is the most tiring pursuit! Keep thinking "I'll go to bed when I finish this row" and then carry on! Have been faffing with DH jumper that I'm trying to get to the end of but y'all don't need the hideous details!
In between, have been doing some knitting that I can actually manage so Mioliere please could you update me with 1 bunting and 1 vent hat. So glad I have been doing the preemies things alongside the blimmin jumper otherwise I think I might have hung up my needles and taken up Nordic skiing or something.....maybe not.
Can't believe how long the update list is getting with all our output. We'd better slow down or we'll be responsible for naked sheep all over the country!0 -
Hi everyone and thanks for some great totals.
K2tog - I must admit, I fear for the sheep in this country, too! I can't believe how the list is growing!
Christbethany - I do hope your DH can find work soon; it's such a worrying time for everyone at the moment. My DH is self-employed and finding it hard to get work that pays enough. There's no private work around for obvious reasons, and the contractors he has worked for in the past are paying far less and expecting more work, so we've been re-thinking our plans for the future. Not a good way to get a good night's sleep!
Anyway, for a change I woke up later than usual this morning so I will get on with the update now and call back later.
I have just started a 'three hour' crochet blanket; sadly, I don't have three hours to spend on it in one go, but I am timing it to see how long it actually does take! It's a very simple pattern so, a bit later, I'll try and find out where it came from, and post the link. It's one of the easiest crochet patterns I've found and I'll probably do a few more. I'm finding it hard to concentrate in the evenings so I'm giving the toys a rest and will be doing things that are less mind-bending for a while! I've started a lamb for working on during the day, when DH is out and I don't get interrupted!
KathyXX
PLEASE NOTE: Thanks to everyone for such a good response to Chalky's appeal for the orphanage in Spain. Her SIL has arrived with all our items, and they have been delivered to the orphanage. Chalky has posted some great photos on page 27 of this thread. I think we will have made a big difference to a baby who arrived there with nothing; doesn't it make you feel good?!
LATEST UPDATE: Don't forget to let me know if I get these figures wrong - as some of you know, it's not difficult for me to make a complete hash of it!
