Thank you all for your fantastic totals this week. Items added for this week alone add up to 318, which is staggering. Thank you all so much. Here's what our Innocent Smoothie hats will raise so far (at .35p each now that the donation has been reduced from .50p sadly): £313.60!! and for the Veg Pot covers/warmers (at .44p each): £9.68.

If I've made any mistakes in the totals, please let me know - and don't apologise because it will be my fault.

Sorry the update is late - it's been a hectic few weeks. I am still working on a format for my blog and hope to get on with that some time this week. I would have done it today but I've just been emailed some online work, so I'll get that out of the way first!

Hi ISOM - I was just heading back to add your second hat when I read your post. Both items now added to the update! Merci to you, too!

The house still needs a lot more work but it is slowly and steadily progressing. Once DH goes back to work, it will slow down a bit, but he's been able to get quite a lot done this week, mainly plastering and painting. I'll take some more photos soon - I have loads to add to my blog, of the house and places we visited with our friends last week. I just wish there were more hours in the day and more days in the week!

morning everyone - its feeling distinctly autumnal and its rather dark even though its 8am. oh well, we have to have the winter - its helps us appreciate the summer!

isom - i have looked at so many blogs over the last week that i am not sure i remember where i saw the dutch one, but if i can find it, i will post the link. i have been looking at all the blogs attached to attic24's site - there are some lovely ones and some that are a little OTT for me. however, there are some with recipes, some with designs and some that are just plain interesting - i must be mrs nosey, as i love looking at them, i can spend hours doing so.

am still working on my new ripple blanket, as it is so large, it is taking ages, however, my mind is on finishing stuff for KAS and also on another large blanket, this on is like the one on "do you mind if i knit's" blog (doyoumindifiknit.typepad.com) i think this should work - i think she calls it her sisterhood blanket pattern. isn't it funny isom, how, as you get older, its the little things in life that make you happy - i am so excited about my brother visiting, much more so than i am about a lot of other things in life.

anyway, so much to do, so little time. am trying to prepare for a trip to france next week to get some more work done on the house.
