I've got so much I want to make - but the housework/washing does get in the way. Oh well - 10 minutes housework - 1/2 hour knitting:D

Chalky - I've just had a look at your album and you sure have been busy, luv the sock monkeys. BTW I remembered where I got the random blue (its the same as your jacket/hat/boots set) wool from,popped down and they'd just had another batch in so I got a few balls.
The way I am going I will have enough to stock a shop with all the odd balls I keep picking up :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well, I have almost finished a lilac-coloured dinosaur - just have to decide on the colour of his spine! I have a really bright yellow, so I think I'll use that. The pattern (one of Jean Greenhowe's) is really easy, so I shall do some more, but I think I'll do another hedgehog first - they're quite addictive!

Here's the latest update - I can't believe how well we've done in just one month. Thank you all for your time and effort; just think how many people we have have helped this year already!

N.B. - I've stopped posting the update on the first post - there's a limit to how many characters I can put in one post, (25,000, I think - didn't realise I could waffle to that extent!) and I don't want to delete any of the information that's already on there.

Craftlady. Going back to what you said about the housework - I've just found this on the Simplifying Life thread (with thanks to Firework, who posted it): A house becomes a home when you can write 'I love you' on the furniture. So, for a happy home, keep the dusting to a minimum!
