Happy birthday Maytaurus, hope that you are having a lovely day and that you are being treated to all good things (as you should be on your birthday).

Quite a miserable day here, but it saves me watering the garden, so i am not going to complain. have been very productive here today, have cleaned the house and have been to the gym and have now finished my breakfast, so , its looking good. i suppose i will have to fill my time for the next few hours with some knitting, what a trial!!!

Well, i suppose i had better get off and do some knitting while i can, i am sure something nasty will pop up in the next few hours for me to do, so may hay and all of that.

Well what a busy day i had yesterday, i made some sample bags up for some hospitals which i didn't have on my list so it will be nice to see what they think.

Preemiesuk needs at the moment

Vent hats
buntings
sleeping bags ( if anyone has a problem with the pattern please give me a shout)
gowns
Boobs ( as i want to send one to each hospital to see if they need any)
Everything else is needed as well to keep our stocks high

Ok i am going to raise money for a cold cot which is used for babies that are born asleep but it will allow the baby to stay with the parents longer, These cost £700 each, So here comes my little ask,
i will send you a camera film cannister and i would like in return 5ps,

Chalky - thanks for the welcome back. I've really missed being here! Everything's going reasonably well though not as fast as I would like! I'm still unpacking as we get more and more of the furniture in the house, so we're very busy these days.

My Mum, LilyMay, is in the process of moving house so her knitting is on hold at the moment. She has loads of things to add, though, but they're all packed away. She is moving back to our home town and will be closer to my sister (Worleite on here, though she hardly ever posts! I must nag her a bit more - I think she's shy!). They're planning on knitting together in the afternoons, so there'll be a lot more items being produced, I think.

Shez - I think I have some 5ps in a jar somewhere, and I also have a film canister, so I'll put what 5ps I have in it and get them off to you.

Kinsey - you'll get a warm welcome from everyone on here - we're a lovely bunch! It'll be good getting to know you.

Well, I'd better get on with some more unpacking.

Shelley I have got a jar here with bronze coins I will take them to the Coinstar ( I know they do take comission but what can you do !!) Anyway I will change them up and send the total in lieu of the 5p's when I send my burial buntings to you
