Nice to see some lurking oldies back and posting - And great to hear from Kathy too - fingers crossed for Thursday.

Funny update from me this week. I have done Aaron squares but have turned them (and others) into a baby blanket because I wanted to see what it looked like and crochet around it to pimp it up. In the end didn't do the shells because I was short of wool so just a DC edge to neaten it.

    UPDATE
    3 boobs
    1 IS hat
    7 Aaron squares
    1 shrug
    1 bunting
(1 baby blanket from Aaron squares)

Hope everyone is having a good weekend x

Hi all - hope you are all well - hello to all the new ones - thanks shezmit saying what you need for May - I think that is handy then through the month we can work at the projects you need - well done all to the "boob" total - we "boobed out" ha ha

chalky 75 - am glad I am not the only one who needs easier things - I have looked at the sleeping bags but I get a bit bamboozled at patterns at the moment

    Anyway my UPDATE:

    1x preemie blanket
    1x boob
    2x aaron squares
1x pull on hat (Operation Christmas Child)

Sorry pretty bad update for two weeks really - note to self must try harder next week - if I dont make more I will not allow myself to buy more wool this week ha ha ha :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Take care all f1widow xxxx

Just been doing a little surfing before bed and I came across a nursing community site. Someone had asked if the items they send to the preemie units are actually wanted and used. Some great replies, so I thought you may want to read them to know how much our contributions are needed and appreciated.

Thanks Lorna. Have just had a look at the lovely replies. It's good to know given the stories the other week about knitted stuff being banned in hospitals.
