I put a wanted on freecycle for wool well today someone put up" wool for the person who wanted it " so I thought hooray emailed back and guess what some cheeky person has taken it how very dare they:mad: but the lady did say that when she gets any more she will give me a ring :T

Hi peeps
sorry for the delay with the update - its been one of those days, starting with the weather - yuck! Was supposed to take Mum out this morning but had to cancel - no point in getting her wet through, so spent a couple of hours in the Home with her, spent
¾ hour unraveling a rats nest of wool - still haven't worked out how she gets it in such a state.

Then had to go to the woolshop for more supplies for her, what a chore:rotfl:, of course I couldn't control myself - bought some Patons Whisper for my stash .99p ball
and a full pack of Olive Green DK which is 50% merino wool 50% acrylic - again at .99p a ball. - either a cardi, shawl or shrug for ME

A call at the supermarket then just managed to get home when a migraine hit.

Still, coffee and pills have pushed that back and its stopped raining - we now have sunshine - yippee!!

Don't tell DH but bought 2 more balls of wool today. Just the 99p from Wilkinsons but thought it would be nice to do something for LH in something other than baby colours or white. Now just have to work out what to do with it!
Glad your fencing is finished Mrs MP - I'm sure you would rather have had needles in hand than creosote brush!

Elaine, Well done you, trying to get onto wooligans next but I am that pleased you did the techie thingie doo dah with the camera - we do surprise ourselves at times at what we are capable off - well I do.
