G'mornin F1widow - hope you enjoyed the F1 coverage at the weekend - have to say it bores me silly - but I love watching golf - what can I say!:rotfl:

As far as I'm aware Mioliere has no problem including things made for other charities on the Updates, I can easily add Operation christmas child to the list.

Come on girls - have a look.

Hi Pam, yes I did enjoy the F1 - bit nail biting especially as our driver was in for some points but the wet proved to much and he spun off in last 5 laps (hmmmmm drat!)

Sorry that I have tempted you with the Operation Christmas Child - I have just finished a pull on hat in rainbow chunky (soft and fluffy - got it from charity shop) - it has come up a bit big but have been told that it will be good as a lot of knitters dont knit for the older teenage children so that is good - as for the teddy glove puppet I found that really easy - but my son nabbed it - the only thing was my "face" was a bit lousy really my stitching not great - that is why I wondered if you could use buttons for eyes instead....... still if i keep practising maybe it wont resemble frankensteins monster !:D

    love Jaqui (f1widow) xxxx

purple teddybear, you are so lucky to live near textere mills, i just love it, was my first visit, but i will be sure to go again. i bought some lovely soft cotton yarn, that i intend to make some summer tops for myself as well as for loving hands, bought more baby wool, as they had some lovely shades, and some textured pure wool, that i am going to knit into a bag for my hols.
