help!!!!!!!!.........I decided last night to start trying a "boob" and well I think I have "boobed" because Im stuck (just having one of my "la la" moments)

    Row 23 - K1 *k2tog, K4, rep from * to end then
Continue to decrease in this way and after 3rd decrease change to darker wool to make areola
(how many rows would this be after row 23 - does it mean do three rows like row 23 then change wool?)
Continue to decreasing until the K1, *K2 tog from * to end has been worked
(how many rows do I do this last sentence for????) (how many stitches should be left on needle before starting the nipple?)
    Nipple: st st 4 rows

If anyone can put this last bit into "la la" language I would be much appreciated - as I have said before it does not take me much to be confused .....:p:o:p

Thanks for any help that you can give me

    G'morning F1 ok here goes =

    Row 24 purl
    Row 25 K1, *K2 tog, K3, rep from * to end
Row 26 CHANGE WOOL & purl
    Row 27 K1, *K2 tog, K2, rep from * to end
    Row 28 purl
    Row 29 K1, *K2 tog, K1, rep from * to end
    Row 30 purl
    Row 31 K1, *K2 tog, to end

Morning ladies, how are we today? It's blooming miserable here, windy and raining and it certainly doesn't do anything to uplift the spirits does it?

I'm still knitting away, have done another couple of buntings, but have also been doing little blankets, they're so easy and rather addictive! Unfortunately it does mean mum's wrap has been put on the back boiler, I really must get myself back to that or it'll be christmas before she gets it for her March birthday :o

Fingers crossed for Kathy getting her connection, and a big well done to Pam for keeping us all right with her fabulous update. A rise definitely on the books for you Pam, although I did like the sound of that being in liquid form!!

    Hugs to all

Hi Aeshna, had a lovely bright & breezy morning so far but its clouding over now.
I love doing blankets but always try to find a new stitch to work on. I'm really addicted to hats - they're so quick - and again I like to find different stitches for them.
I'm half way through a "kimono" (in other words wrap over) cardigan and have now reached my next challenge - what they call a "3 needle bind off" - never done one before - hope its easy 'cos it means the whole thing is a doddle. I've worked it back from 0-3 months size into what I hope is a good preemie. I'll see what shezmit says and send her the patt. if its ok.

I think you need to be really firm with yourself and dedicate the Easter break to your Mum's wrap - otherwise the guilt fairy will get you :rotfl:

My dog has just decided she's a cushion - I leaned forward to type this and she's settled herself behind me in the small of my back - lovely and warm but what am I supposed to do now:confused:

My boys have been taking them out to look at and said they are all lovely, they are sitting on the table at the mo with all ther little heads sticking up out of the open box (the ducklings not my sons)- and im sure i heard a little gasp as i opened it and the first waft of fresh air went in
