Mioliere could you please put my name down so that I can be the first in your knitters psychotherapy unit as I went out with my DH for something for the car, parked outside a shop called in store( mistake number 1 ) then went inside( mistake number 2) then came out with more wool( not sure if that was mistake number 3) now that you came up with the ideal of vac bags no more ikeas bags hanging around so DH will be now in the dark :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I must confess that I too have been on an Aldi splurge - bargains too good to miss! Mixed results re readicut order though - details on THE KNITTERS THREAD if anyone is interested.
DH has just bought an expensive camera so is currently keeping quiet about my stash and even went to Aldi and got the yarn for me! Not sure how long that will last - hopefully as long as the repayments on the blimmin camera :rolleyes:
Thanks for the great idea re the vacuum bags. It's either them or move to a bigger house!

talking of donations, you may remember I mentioned last week that I had bumped into a sales rep at my favourite woolshop & asked him for a donation - WELL - surprise or what, I had a call from the woolshop - a parcel waiting for collection!!!

Turned out to be 9 x 100g balls of very nice yarn. 7 of which are 4ply

Now girls -the thing is - I don't usually use 4ply. I know I can use 2 strand for DK patterns but it seems a shame if anyone likes working in 4ply :

If you would like to use this wool I will happily send it out for you, there is Daffodil yellow, Palest pink and nice Pale blue

shelly i've got some boobs i'd done for LH but as there request seems to have fallen through im happy to send them to you. I'll habg on to them till the beginning of may and see how many i can get done.

Lou had asked for 300 for this months challenge on lh leeds had said they wanted them and offered to contribute to a charity for them then backed out and said they had sourced supplies elsewhere- it might be worth asking lou if she would consider helping you out with them if she is already recieveing some. i know hers wont go to waste as she will find a home for them but theres no harm i asking is there?

do you prefer yours flesh coloured? or arent you fussed.

Boobs can be any colour, Stuffed or unstuffed i don't mind,

i will email Lou and see what she says but i am not banking on it,
