Buy via the Southern Trains website. Trains may only take a few minutes more, but cost as little as £4.

Looking about a month ahead, tickets on most trains are £5 or £7.50.

Tomorrow they are mostly £10 with a smattering of £7.50

The £4 was an offer (20% off the £5 ones) not running currently

So you are probably looking at a time of day where they don't sell these tickets - they are at off peak times only. Or possibly too far ahead when they are not on sale yet

But I can't see any £9 tickets any time on Southern - not from Victoria anyway.
  • is anyone interested in tickets at a 20% discount?

    An adult Express single costs

    At the station £19
    Online £18
A hotel in paddington is selling tickets at £15.20

Any current discounts out there please?
  • Not on Heathrow Express, but have you thought of Heathrow Connect (click here) ? It runs the same route as the Heathrow Express, but costs just £9.50 for a single or £19 for an open return, really worth considering, although it does take 10 mins longer, it's not a disaster.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. A very tight connection between Heathrow and a King Cross departure train up North means it has to be the Express.

I'd normally get the tube but the 20 mins or so I'm saving could be vital.

    Any codes out there please?
