If you mean the Heathrow Express here's the link for the 14% discount:

£27.52 instead of £32 for a return ticket. Not brilliant but better than nothing.

Thanks for that, £4.50 saving is better than nothing!! Might even get me a beer on the train, or is there no food/drink service as it is so short?

Also, do I have to get a shuttle from T5 to the heathrow express or does it leave from T5?

If you were cash strapped I would have sent you a couple of free passes. But checking your past posts you seem to be doing ok. ;)

    For the train. :)

Works the other way for me... I spend more on things that I don't need as they are 'bargains'. :D

Ah ok, well I have the ticket now so you can pass them onto someone else in more need!!

Anyway, is it possible to buy a beer on the train? I'm meeting some friends in a pub in London but they get there long before me so thought I should wet the throat before meeting them!!

Sandwiches, savoury snacks, confectionery, freshly brewed coffee and Traditional English Tea, soft drinks, selection of alcoholic beverages.
    Newspapers and magazines.

Not sure how it is in Express Class.

I guess if you were really cash strapped, you wouldn't be flying via Heathrow anyway.

I've used my tesco clubcard vouchers to convert to airmiles to pay for my flight, and I wouldn't take the train from Aberdeen for 1 night!
  • Hi, does anyone know of a discount code that I could use for two tickets on the Heathrow Express at the end of December?

Heathrow Express 25% discount is back :)

Book before December 31st for outbound travel up until January 31st. Return ticket is £24. Single is £16.50. Don't book it through ANA as only their 14% discount is applied so you will pay more.

Still a fortune for a 15 minute rail journey but saving 25% of a fortune means saving quite a lot
