The Secret GardenWe've seen both and would recommend both.
We've seen Fab Four 3 times - twice at the V Theatre, where they have returned to, and once at the Sahara last year. We opted for VIP admission at the V Theatre so we were nearer the stage. Although it is a tiny theatre, it is all on the same level and not tiered and it is just ordinary chairs and not the usual theatre style. We either got the tickets at the Tix4Tonight or more likely it was a coupon in the Vegas Values coupon book found in most taxis or with the 24/7 Magazine which gave us half off. I have thoroughly enjoyed it each time.
We saw Love a couple of months after it opened. We had the cheapest seats and they were fine. In fact I think they are better than the expensive seats as a lot of the action is above you.
There is an offer on Love tickets on TravelZoo here:-

Thanks.
How does $81 for 2 VIP tix to Fab Four & 2 free drinks sound?
Also, the special for LOVE doesn't go into March. I will just keep looking to see what comes up.0 -

we are looking for ideas for shows in vegas for May 4th-7th time....
any ideas or suggestion people?
I would definitely recommend Cher. We saw her show last May and are planning on seeing her again this May/June. I know the show will probably be much the same, but we enjoyed it so much that is it worth a second look.
The cheap seats in the nosebleed section are an excellent view of the show. OK, you can't see her face in detail, but you do get to see all of the Cirque parts of the show. I think personally that they are better value than the front seats where you will most definitely miss about half of what is going on around you.0 -
The Bellagio FountainsOnly thing I can't seem to see is on the AA booking pages where it gives the fare class...and I understand that depending on what fare class you're travelling, you may earn more or less than 1 point per mile...just trying to get a feel for it and just cannot see the fare class shown on the booking screens. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

Which one is best Paris or Wynn? Is it worth paying extra (about £100 difference between the 2 for the deals we've found)0

The Bellagio FountainsI picked up from Stoneman's review that you need a rental car or a $20 taxi (each way I assume?) to get to the Mystery Adventure. Silly me had assumed they picked you up from the hotel.
That's a pity as I had persuaded hubby to give it a go.
I don't suppose it's on a bus route?
The offices where you start are in a strip mall near the corner of Sahara and Maryland Parkway...

from this it looks like the 204 stops right there.

Also looks like the 109.

Oh - and my husband just said that he remembered Max asking if anyone needed a lift back to the strip - so may be worth emailing and asking them if they ever collect and deliver.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

You don't say how long you're looking to stay so not sure how long that £100 is spread over...Wynn is a better property by a long way I think...Paris is a better location I think.
Others will disagree.
But if it's 5 nights or more £100 difference for Wynn would be well worth it to me.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
The Bellagio Fountainsmurphy_the_cat did a "how to manipulate the AA booking procedure" thread on here a while back, very informative indeed, i used it myself. have a search for it
It's funny because in doing a google search on the topic I found that thread...didn't see what I was looking for but it was interesting - will have another look.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

It's 5 nights. I can't decide whether to go for the cheaper Paris and use the extra £100 for a show or something or splurge on the Wynn which is slightly over my budget but only by £50 and is a very good deal.0 -

Wynn is a far nicer property...the rooms are lovely...most comfortable bed ever and I wanted to steal the pillows...it's a high class hotel, but doesn't treat those of us who are not by nature high class as dirt...we felt very comfortable there.
But if the budget it tight, it's really hard to say if it would be worth it to have a nicer hotel and miss out on a show...really depends on what's important to you...at the end of the day it's a place to grab a few hours sleep and a shower - most people don't spend a lot of time in their room in Vegas...but Wynn is an excellent hotel.
I'm not sure where you've checked prices but if the deal you are looking at is direct with the hotel you could book it and then have a further think and cancel if you change your mind.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0
