Wow luci thats a lot of hotels. I personally love changing hotels in Vegas, it just adds to the excitement for me so we usually do 2 on a 7 day trip. Which one are you staying in for your birthday btw?

I've finally managed to book flights and hotel for our trip this July:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

I've booked 3 nights at Mirage, and 5 at Encore.I didn't think we'd be going back until at least December so to say i'm excited is a massive understatement:D

    Nice one Claire!!

Although the flight price was a bit steep its worth it for spending your birthday in the best city in the world!!!

Be sure to let us know what you think about the Encore wont you? I will have to live vicariously through everyone on here this year - boo hoo!!!!

** Although my new sofa has arrived this morning (that I bought instead of the annual trip to Vegas) - is it worth it -hmmmm, yet to be seen!!! - I have nearly cancelled it and booked flights numerous times I can tell you!!

Steff I am just blanking the flight prices from my memory, its why it took me so long to book in the end. I wanted to go in June and celebrate early when flights were much cheaper but OH wouldn't hear of it bless him:A

I'm so excited about Encore so rest assured i will post in detail when i return, I just hope I love it as much as Wynn.

Hmmmm tough decision about your sofa, well done you for being so practical though:p At least you'll have a comfy new place to rest your bum while you read the thread:rotfl:

I too love changing hotels in Vegas as each move feels like a different holiday.

We will be at the Signature on my birthday. As I'm considering an Encore restaurant for my birthday meal I think it will made more sense to go there when we are actually staying at the Encore, even if it is a couple of days early, rather than traipse from the Sig to the Encore just for a meal.

I've just got a return ticket to LAX on VA for £200....

...but then I did cash in some Virgin miles as well.

Only came back from LA/Vegas on 15th April, and I'm already heading back out for 5 days on 2nd May!

It's a budget trip, £200 flight, £80 car hire to drive from LAX to Vegas, £100 for 4 nights in Excalibur, and using all of the tips and vouchers on this board for food and drink!

Not in Vegas, but in Prague.

    Great fun.

Shot a Glock, Magnum, AK47, M-16, Pump Action Shotgun, Russian Sniper Rifle, and finished off with some clay pigeon shooting.

I'd recommend it, but have no experience of the Vegas places.

    Afternoon afternoon!

Quick question - I am booking the MGM Grand for two nights in July. I have a choice of the Grand Tower Room, or the West Wing King for $10 per night extra. Is it worth paying the extra $10? I shall of course be using the $20 trick when checking in!

    Thank you please! ;)
    Gone ... or have I?

lol - Hi claire - thats the problem - being practical (at least where Vegas is concerned) is SO out of character for me!! Part of me would happily sit on deck chairs if it meant two weeks over there!! BUT - reigning that side in, as I say, I will have to live vicariously through you all AND I am already planning my trip there next year (in my mind at least)!!
