Even if it's once that is still a cracking deal. We like the buffet, think it's one of the best.

Just shows how different we all are as I really didn't like it for dinner or breakfast so even if it had been free it was of no value to me.

As for the trusty kettle, it must be 15-20 years old now and has been all over the world. We have even taken it on cruises where there is 24 hour tea an coffee available as I like my cuppa first thing without having to get dressed and go looking for it. We actually have two, one isn't dual voltage, but has an automatic switch off, but the dual voltage one doesn't.

Yep ferf, we take the mugs, tea bags, sugar and powdered milk.

no one has mentioned about an air ship that flies over the strip saw it three times couldnt find any info on it not sure if its a new attraction or not
It is probably the one advertising the new "M" resort, long way south on LVB
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

We're looking forward to checking the place out...we always like to go to new casinos...M's buffet is said to be excellent though not sure if we'll try it out or not - will depend on when we make it out there. Going to check out Eastside Cannery as well.

But who would chance booking with MGM at the moment, they are in a right mess, even being sued by Dubai Group over City Center and admitting that they are not going to be able to meet their debts.

Bellagio, MGM Grand, Signature, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, Circus Circus, Mirage, Exclaibur, New York New York (did I miss any from the strip?)...... sort of limits your choices if you want to avoid the MGM group.

They are as safe to book with as any other hotel chain

    Hi
Just been looking on Fat Wallet and somebody on there said they have called the hotel and they confirmed the buffet isn't inc. Nevertheless, if the prices come down for my dates, I'll be booking this!

I had a look at FatWallet too the promotion this guy is on about is MKT242 the travelzoo promotion is MKT233 so these are different offers the free slot play amount is different too .

I just called them (because I'm plain nosy) and they said you get 2 free buffet passes each day of your stay...can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Edited to add that this relates to the offer Luci posted - not the one that is mentioned at fatwallet which as crombiestone pointed out is different.

Obviously anyone wanting to book this will want to confirm for themselves, but this is what I was told...seems a potentially good deal for some. We haven't had the MGM buffet in about 7 years, but we liked it when we had it. It was the first time my husband experienced a Vegas buffet with crablegs and the people with plates piled high with JUST crablegs...and their own crackers...he was fascinated. :)

Really tempted by this offer, argh what to do..........we're looking for October time and I'm thinking of doing a few days for the offer.

Still working out what best to do re flights whether to head to San fran and drive down or straight to vegas and fly up to san fran for a few days.

    Decisions decisions.

Obviously room tax has to be added to the offer and I'm not sure what that is.............goes off to check.

Should I book shows in advance?
Boyf is getting worried about things being sold out (leaving this sunday for one week) but as far as I can see they aren't- I have tried a few sites and selected the shows we want on friday and sat (assuming they are the busiest) and they seem to be available.
Of course I haven't gone to the final booking/payment stage but it lets me choose, put them in my basket etc so assuming that if they were full I wouldn't get this far?

    Help please :(

Which shows? Some are always available discounted...some at the 1/2 price booths in Vegas, others you can get at a discount in advance if you know where to look.

In general, if you're finding them available this close to your departure and are happy with the seats being offered (and would be happy with seats further back), you will probably be OK to wait. Also, not sure where you are looking - for pre-booking, usually best to book direct with the box office unless there's a discount elsewhere.
