    Congratulations on the big birthday!

Yes I would recommend the Bellagion Champagne Brunch. It's about $34-36 and a bit less if you don't take the champagne (I don't particularly like it), but the champagne is quite nice and they keep refilling your glass. You don't have to book as it's a buffet, but there may be a long line unless you get there early.

Bally's Sterling Brunch is $86pp and there's no way I would spend that on a brunch especially with not liking seafood or champagne!

Chocolate martinis are yummy. You can get them at most bars or cocktail lounges, but I've never asked for one comped while playing.

I can recommend the Spice Market buffet at PH and Flavors at Harrahs. There's a coupon for $5 off the Spice Market here:-

Avoid the Sahara and IP buffets and we hated Dishes at TI for dinner, it was awful.

We have always been lucky getting a free upgrade to a fountain view room at PH. Mention it's your birthday when you check in, but it may be difficult to get a free upgrade for 11 nights rather than just 3-4 nights.

We normally go at the end of April and it can be chilly first thing in the morning and in the evening. I need a cardi, but hubby manages to go sleeveless.

Make sure you have read Page 1 of this topic and you shouldn't miss much.

I keep thinking we should try this as so many people rave about it, but like you neither of us like champagne and while I really like seafood and my husband likes some, and even though my highly carnivourous husband would love the prime rib, rack of lamb, filet mingnon, etc. - at that price it just impossible to justify for us. I think if you DO like champagne and are a big seafood fan, it may be good value. For anyone who does decide to do it, make sure you join the players club and have your card as you'll have priority seating in the steakhouse (where the main action is) and not the italian restaurant where the overflow goes.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Are we sure that Ballys sterling Brunch is still going , now that they closed Ballys Big Kitchen Buffet ?

Hi - yeah, it was never served in the buffet itself...it's in the steakhouse and Italian restaurant...the steakhouse especially is said to be really nice in terms of decor.

I thought it was a typo when I was looking at all of the buffets and saw Ballys was $86

Hi, I've just been on the Thomas Cook site to reserve our 5 seats & the front part of the plane is unavailable, also a couple of rows in the middle & at the back. are these the premium seats? I wouldn't have thought they had premium seats in the middle.
Also, do you have to pay any extra? It didn't make it very clear if there was a supplement.

I can imagine that would come as quite a shock!

Here's the menu though - so at least it puts it in perspective a bit...still too pricey for us but some of the things served do sound really yummy.
