One more thing has anyone been to eithet the gunstore or the pinball hall of fame and if so would they recommend it?

    Thanks!

I have not been to the pinball hall of fame but have been to the gunstore and enjoyed it but this looks more fun I have not tried it yet but will do http://vegasuncovered.wordpress.com/2009/03/06/shooting-safaris-las-vegas/

good luck I do not know why but the casinos are terrible at respodning to any type of complaint by email

In our experience - HET is brilliant at responding IF you go through your Total Rewards account and send an email that way...we haven't tried any other way, but we normally get a reply the same business day.

Actually, looking into the FAQ on earning rewards credits, it does of course confirm the 1 reward credit per $1 spent on tickets...but it also says for every $5 you earn 1 tier credit...it's not a massive thing, but I never knew you could earn tier credits this way and since they are what determines if you are gold, platinum, diamond or (heaven forbid) 7 Stars...it's interesting.

    Hi everyone,

Off to Vegas at the end of April with my partner. Got a budget of £300 for 6 nights for the room. Want to stay mid strip, pref with a decent pool, decent room etc. Been hunting for ages and looking at forums and its all turned into a bit of a mush, lol. Need some help from all you experts out there!!!!!

(I did find PH for approx £300 for a Hollywood Hip room, what do you think?)

    Cheers

I did not like planet hollywood (though it was Aladdin when I stayed there) its juts not for me and the pool is not evry good. I love the MGM and that would be my choice for that budget every day of the week

For mid strip, great pool and cheap price the Flamingo works on all counts.

PH is better than the flamingo except for the pool.

Ha! If I ever make 7 stars I request that everyone here come find me and lock me in a room without slots for the rest of my life.

OK, unless I win EuroMillions tonight...then it's OK...otherwise, it would be a clear sign of insanity (and probably that I robbed a bank so there may even be a reward). ;)

Well I did do the email while logged into my TR account, but haven't received a reply yet.

I was just counting up the total for the shows we are intending seeing and it came to $1000 (£700)! Am I wise? I tend to treat every trip to Vegas as if it will be my last.
