ferf you are right, Nascar is different to F1, but attracts the same audience.

Yes totally enjoyed yesterday, was something different and would go again, atmosphere is electric, would recommend 100%

Seen mentioned about Sir Elton, get your tickets if you are attempting to see him before red piano finishes in advance, as you are probably aware, when he finished in early feb the tickets were been snapped up $300+ and some upto $1000

If you are in to motor sport you should try the Monster truck racing in the US.

I have been to most forms of motor sport and participated in some, but the Monster Truck World Final blew me away last year so i am going back this year on Mar 28th in Vegas.

1500 horse power is awesome to see and hear

Have yet to get to the Nascar, have seen the smaller versions of them at the Bullring at LVMS, but will have to make a trip one year when they are on, trouble is they are on a bit early in the year, my wife likes it warm and sunny when we go.

warm and sunny 70 again yesterday and will be the same today

    Plenty of sunshine.

Never seen monster truck but will definately go out of my way to see nascar again

Sew, come on the thrill of F1....only a couple of weeks and the season commences again.

F1 v's nascar prefer the F1 build up, but the race f1 seriously gets boring Nascar you are just waiting for the next incident,

Still think 'Shark Reef' will overtake Bellagio Fountains on the best vegas attraction

Is Shark Reef the new tank in Golden Nugget?
If it is,it looks very interesting, swimming in the pool and a sharks swims past you, also the slide through the centre.

I just wish that F1 would get the boogity, boogity, boogity! guy to start their races. :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Shark Reef is at Mandalay Bay...it's an OK exhibit if you've not been to a nice aquarium before but it's a bit disappointing if you have...plus the 47 mile walk to get there is a bit much. The tank at GN does sound cool with the slide, etc.

Ferf1223, Shark Reef ok will not go near that then,

Golden Nugget shark tank, it is a good centre piece for the hotel complex.

Buffet is not bad in GN, still prefer the Monte Carlo though!

All the press is about AIG so this has sent the stock markets down, hence the £ vs $ rate so wait a couple of days and it should go back a bit.
