My 2009 Challenges & Debt Free Diary
Comments
-
Just been going through all my figures for beginning of Feb, and I am almost at same level of debt as as when I had my LBM. I have done alot of one off buys this month. Have made sure all the buys have been in the sales which is a good job otherwise I would have gone over my LBM amount. Next month I still have a large pay out for bulk compost which will be coming out of my O/D. That is the last of large purchases, as I think the fridgefreezer can wait, so can having my floors laminiated. They can be 2010's buys.2026 Goals

My mum decided to book us all a family holiday but I would have to cover costs of traveling. Well just bought the train tickets today, so have £6 left of my O/D. Thank god I am paid weekly
£116.50 for two adults and 3 children using Family rail pass without it it would have cost £185.00. Also paid £10 insurance coverage, well the way things are going at the moment, insurance seems a good idea.
All that's required now is spending money.
A bit more work has been done on cylinder cupboard in daughter's room. They will plaster it tomorrow once I can make more room in there.
Been enjoying watching the snow fall.2026 Goals

Still waiting for plasters to come and finish the cupboard in daughter's room. missed my Mr A delivery on 3rd, and am still waiting for them to call me back to re-arrange a new delivery. I have called them 4 times :mad:already since missing the delivery. Getting really annoying now as its got ALL my cleaning stuff in it, and I have no spare money to just nip out and buy a bottle of washing up liquid. Looks like tea will be on my bone china tonight:mad:
Well have a gentle falling of snow here, but it is settling in nicely. Have thrown some bird feed out, but unless they come for it soon, it will be snowed under.
Saw a robin in garden other day which I thought was fantastic. Robin stood on a snow covered side, shame my camera wasn't handy.
I know I am just waffling on, but don't have any get up and go about me at the moment, due to feeling I cant get anywhere with the house till they complete this work.
Feel less guilty about my sales blow out last month now, as the faux fur throws I bought, have come in handy.2026 Goals

Just called Mr A's to find out how long a refund will take, and apparently it will take 7-10 working days. !!!!!! I can not deal with this, they never made the delivery, I never signed for the goods, so they shouldn't have taken the money out of my account in the first place.
