    Swindon libraries now have e-books, though I had a quick look online today and it looks like you might need to download some software to make it all work.

    Think for now I'm just going to stick with the free books on Amazon!

    South Ayrshire in Scotland now has e-books & they also have a new e-magazine section. It is a bit unwieldy but it does work.:)
