Not free but a really easy way to price track including alerts is luzme. It will also import your 'to read' list from goodreads.
I use it and its meant I have managed to get a fee daily deals from kobo and amazon :-)0 -

Hope this is ok to post but I was given a link to kindofbook.com. They have a daily list of books for Kindle and always have free ones. It is really worth a look at, I get at least 1 free book most days0

I don't know how well known this is, but you can email ebooks to your Kindle.
"Your Kindle has an email address all of its own, and you can send files to it to view or read later. First, go to the Kindle Store and click on Manage Your Kindle (at the top of the page) and then Manage Your Devices (on the left). Here you can see your Kindle's email address
You can then email files from your PC or laptop to it. You could send yourself text documents to read, such as Word docs and RTF files, you can also send pictures to browse through in a number of formats. PDFs are even supported, though rendering and navigation can be a bit hit-and-miss."0 -
