out of interest do you live in bury?

    next door... in Radcliffe

the small Bury store had some glass jars of bath salt body scrub stuff(?).. lavender and something else.. were 99p, (I think, knew they'd not cost me anything anyway) alas.. had no vouchers!.. were quite a few items added to the sale shelves near the tills today

Hi I managed to get the capsule gym ball and a few other bits, the lady said it was one coupon per transaction but I asked her to try and it worked!! As this was happening, large queue etc, a heavy wooden board on the back of the tills fell off and fell onto the back of my 4 yr olds leg. It has cut the inside of her knee and drew blood ( but not much) and made her scream and really cry. I had to lift the piece of wood of her as she was on the floor with it on top of her and the woman behind the till called for help. Eventually help came in the form of a Saturday student worker who filled in an accident form - incorrectly so i had to change it. A first aider came and put a dab of witch hazel on. Apologies and that was it.

Strangely on the accident form it asked for my profession??? I wonder why. The Saturday girl said this had happened before and nothing had been done about it.

Should I leave it at that?? ie an apology??

    Please advise fellow MSE's

Thanks for your advise prob give them a call on Monday

I would be very grateful if anyone could confirm whether the Lakeside store stocks the abdominal toner and the gym ball.

Oh yeah baby! They had several of each in the Lakeside store today!! They are downstairs right at the front of the store by the tills. Have come home with one ab toner and two gym balls. Didn't even buy anything else with them. Make sure you go to a young SA as an older one queried it and refused both vouchers. Hurray for Boots!

The ab toner is quite heavy so make sure you go with a car and someone to help you carry. Plus you need someone who can build it when you get home!

hi WELSH-DRAGON no I was very cheeky today and just handed over both vouchers and asked if could use both, she looked at them, asked the lady beside her who was a supervisor, and I said my mum had got one in Bath and she said if the till accepts both then there is no problem, and as I knew it would, it did.
So go for it, if they werent so heavy I would offer to try and get another and post it too you, but I think the postage might outweigh the offer.
Good luck with finding one and if not you are welcome to come shopping with me anytime.

Could you clarify - did you use a pink and a blue voucher or 2 blues?

I got the ball yesterday...I was served by a young girl and nicely asked"Can i use both these vouchers to get this ball" she said I don't see why not.....She was happy about it and said she would be getting one for herself...Finally picked up some EA candles but that's the only thing reduced...They have only just got the candles in so keep looking...Only got one TD voucher left and so I got some body lotion for mothers day for my mother in law...Spent £2.00 and got a gym ball...2 candles and TD body lotion..not bad

Got lots of sale Christmas pressie bargains at Teesside Park today. Lynx gift packs £5 (was £12), Kangol £3, each include pair of boxer shorts, which would normally cost that or more. Also got some fishnet stocking, were £10, not £1.25. For EBay. Honest.
