how does the abdominal toner thing work guys, i've got the capsule ball but must have overlooked the toner thingy!

It works the same way the gym ball does. There are 2 vouchers for £20 off a sitting abdominal toner in the Lose Weight and Get Fit booklets. The toner costs £40 but if the SA is willing to scan both vouchers you can get it free! :D

  • Not sure if this has been posted, so apologies if it has. Some MSErs have been discussing the new Jemma Kidd cosmetics range. I would just like to remind them that in the current Health & Beauty magazine there is a coupon at the back for 300 extra points when you buy any product from the range (excluding accessories).

I picked up the Gym Pack yesterday and for £2.50 (after using £5 voucher) it seems really good value to me. Contains a black carry bag, exercise wheel to tone legs and handle bar to exercise arm muscles plus booklet with suggested exercise/warm-up routines.
For anyone who uses Tea Tree Oil - the ABC (Australian Body Care) range is half price in my local Boots store at the moment - e.g. 7.5 ml pure Tea Tree Oil £1.59, 250ml Body Lotion £2.69, 125 ml Facial Wash £2.59(?). The facial wash is particularly good for anyone with blemish-prone skin.

I know Mousetrap is £7.49 in Weston - got one for dd2's birthday, no doubt it will drive the children as potty as it did me when I was a child!
GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£400

    WELSH-DRAGON frugalsar and brokebrunette.

With regards to the refund of the gym ball. When you will return it, it will show 10 pounds, because, that's what happend with the not very nice SA in Wocester, when I made her take everything back, she had to manually remove 5 pounds. So it might work if you get someone that is cluless.

For anybody who got a parenting club magazine there is a voucher at the back for two pounds off huggies pull ups. In my local boots they are BOGOF. So got 9.98 pounds worth of pull ups for 2.99. Hope this helps someone
  • Hi guys
I forgotten earlier to say thank you for the Orange Blossom Bergamot eau de toilette in a silver box yellow writing 25ml -£2.00 . I got it for £1.00. it was hidden at the bottom shelf. It is a shame a didn't get another it would be good for a present. I also got the hair spray with the £3.00 voucher. So I was a happy bunny. I did look a little wierd with my shopping list from this thread.
.... later I was cross with my daughter because she paid in full for some foundation from boots... really shocking!!
