Dn't suppose you have a Boots item code on your receipt? This would make a great present for the Brazilia in-laws I'm visiting in a couple of weeks.
  • Think it must be nationwide this one as SA supervisor had a basket full of these behind the tills offering them to SAs as they came onto tills. Positive I heard her say with staff discount they only cost 20p. None on the shelves for customers though.

I thought i was the only one :rotfl: My OH doesn't come into the store and will ring me if i have been in there for more than 3 minutes. When i show him all the bargains and points he doesn't complain anymore..

My OH phoned me whilst I was handing over the vouchers a few days ago as he was waiting in the car and I had been more than 5 mins! I just refused the call! As you say, when you point out the bargains and freebies they don't complain any more! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

  • I used two different ones, well I thought I had  I cut one out from each booklet but maybe I muddled them up somehow. Sis and I were going to get one each and she gave up because I was unsuccessful. I'm doubting myself now - damn

You got me thinking about my gym ball mission and oh bognor maybe I should have gone this weekend when the weekend staff are working, but cos we only have a small Boots I would have to go to a larger store so that's not feasible really. What happens if I get the gym ball, I successfully manage one voucher for £5.00 off, the SA refuses the second one, I pay £5 for it. The next day I return to the store to get a refund would I get £10 back or £5 ? If the answer is the former then I have technically made a £5 profit.

    thanks
;) I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL ;)

blimey, I never thought about that. I just knew I couldn't afford to spend £5 in the first place. I'm new to this moneysaving lark but I'm sure someone with more 'Boots freebie' knowledge could answer it. Let us know if you try it and how you get on. I'm seriously tempted to go back and try again now but it means a 20 mile round trip to get to a larger Boot store.
  • The small boots near the trafford centre is on the retail park just outside on the way to urmston - where pizza hut and dunelm is - hope this helps, I always get goodies from that one!

    also try altringcham!
(also sorry I cleared the last from Sale branch the other day!)
