I had the opposite problem - a nice happy SA and the till wouldn't let the gymball vouchers go through. I have got to go back and try this again when I can be bothered to drive 20 miles to have another go. I really really want a gymball lol. It's become a personal mission now :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hiya Sandra - just formulating my plan of attack !! think I will go to Queen St, Cardiff to try this on Monday as the vouchers end on Tuesday. I find the SA's by the entrance and where the gym balls are def a jobsworth lot but hey nothing ventured nothing gained. The ones by the No.7 make up seems a happier bunch. I see the TD/DR lady has regained her position guarding the empty shelves of TD/DR - ah bless she was missing for a couple of days !

I'm off to Barry tomorrow with Mum to check out the TD ranges (they do not stock DR) but one assistant is lovely and freely admits she is well stocked up with goodies now so may use some vouchers. Have you ventured into Cardiff Bay ? after being told I could not use my vouchers against reduced DR items and it is only one TD item per customer I haven't ventured over there again. Maybe we'll meet up soon, queueing for our freebies !! I'll be wearing a red carnation - ha ha.

I never get lucky like some on here who manage to clock up mega points and bargains, my local Boots SA's scrutinise every voucher against every purchase

only got lucky once when a young lad put the No.7 300 points voucher thru on the wrong item.. not spotted him again so no joy since!

Do you know if they have gym balls in Queen St. They dont have many youngsters in this Boots, that a pity usually dont give a damn.

I havent been into the Bay since they refuse me the DR on BOGOF at reduced and I couldnt use the voucher. I will take my custom else where (oops forgot get nearly everything free) anyway will get my free stuff from other Boots - that will teach them!!!

have notice the TD lady is back with another one today, she doesnt bother me now I think she knows I only want the free stuff.

I will wear a white carnation and meet you at the TD stand, if we can get near it because of all the staff guarding the stuff haha :rotfl: :rotfl:

I was in Boots yesterday and they had lots of the ab toners and gym balls right at the front of the store as you walk in from Queen St. I thought about it, but I had a "free" make-over and was in shock at how much I spent on cosmetics especially as I didn't hand over any vouchers when I paid which made me feel very strange indeed ! - I mean paying full price for something, whatever next !!! :rotfl:

some of them really do act like its coming out of their own pay packet dont they!

I did this! i was allowed to exchange it only to the value or over.The rules on returns has changed and NO longer give giftcards/vouchers without a receipt.
Also my new receipt actually has printed on it,exchanged without a receipt.
Still i was happy 10.00 to spend for nothing.

I don't know if this has already been posted before, I've gone back 5-6 pages to see and haven't found anything so here goes.

I went into my local Boots today and they had loads of the Look Great leaflets. Trouble is, I think the £5 off DR/TD products has changed as on the voucher it shows DR but no mention of TD products at all.

Does anyone have any news on this?

This sad fact has been reported a couple of times here. Hope everybody has reserves in stock!

charlotte3; the offer ends on 31st jan.Some stores have these new leaflets like you stated but the original leaflets are still available if you can find/get hold of them.
