Sorry if this has been answered before but went into boots yesterday and DR was on BOGOF so picked up two things at £10 each. Got my two products and two £5 vouchers (along with other bits) and the Sales Assistant said the vouchers wouldn't go through as they couldn't be used in conjunction with any other offer. As I had been at the desk about 10 mins as there were loads of problems with BOGOF's not going through and I had a screaming baby, I just said OK and left it.

When I got home and checked the voucher there is no mention that they cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Does anyone know if this is correct? If not will go back and stand my ground!

Oh, no TD stuff at all under £5 as apparently someone went in and cleared the shelves of it on Friday with about 30 tokens.

    Thanks :)

This happened to me when I first started to use the vouchers. Then a kind SA explained that I could only use one £5 voucher per transaction, whether buying one item, fifty or bogof. So your Sa was right because you were trying to use 2 vouchers for two products at the same time! You can only ever use one voucher for bogof items as it counts as one transaction...... HTH
  • :D as they were bogof you would only be able to use 1 voucher not 2 as its 1 per transaction HTH :D

Aaah, thanks - wouldn't even let me use that though. Hmmmm, think I will be paying another visit to them tomorrow.

    Hi All

For anyone in the Leeds area... The kirkstall store do have lots of the Glitter Babes party packs still scanning at £1.00 (SEL £4.00) plus BOGOF so 50p.

They don't have any TD under £5, I got the lip plumper (last one) and repair radiance balm. DR is all half price but there is hardly any left on the shelf.

went into one of my local boots @ the fort and they have now put up a sign saying one leaflet per customer.

Also rung customer services as not all my points had been added on and i was told that i have to contact the store directly as they has been a lot of fraudulent claims so points cannot now be added on via phone by customer services he went on to say that the points system is being abused by loads of people, come on own up whos been ringing them up to try and get points added..................lol

Does anyone know what the situation is at the other Leeds-ish stores - Colton, White Rose Centre, Birstall, or Crown Point????

    Thanks

Watford Harlequin Boots had hundreds of leaflets today. TD under £5 gone but I was after the lip plumper, lots of those, so picked up one. The DR is bogof so got a hand mask and rescue balm worth £15 for £4. Finally found the aromatherapy candles SEL 2.99 but scanning at 74p so got 2 free with vouchers. I was just about to leave when I saw the 4 No.7 nail colours in the pink pack for £3 so used my last No 7 voucher. Result!! :j

Went to Aberdeen Dyce boots today as no luck in town and found td cleansers and toners under £5 so free (lots of leaflets as well). Only essential aromatherapy product available was bath essence at £2 so should have been £1, I noticed on my way out EA voucher had not come off so went back to get my £1 back. SA asked to see the bottle as well as the receipt before giving me the money back and I didn't notice till I got home she hadn't given me the bottle back! This is all too much trouble.
